Effective January 1, 2024, the monthly HOA dues will be remain at $175 per month. 

There was NO change in the monthly HOA fee from 2023. 

Payments should be received by the 10th of each month in order to avoid a late fee. All payments received after the 10th of each month will be assessed a fine as per the rules & regulations of the association.

Payments should be mailed to the following address:

Do NOT drop payments in the Box located in the lower side towards the retention ponds.
