THE USPS WILL BE PUTTING MAIL IN THE NEW MAILBOXES LOCATED NEAR THE MAIN ENTRANCE AND THE LOWER AREA OF SKYVIEW DRIVE.

PLEASE NOTE: THE OLD MAILBOXES WILL BE REMOVED AFTER FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 15, 2023. YOU MAY THEN DISPOSE OF YOUR OLD KEYS. PLEASE BE SURE TO CHECK OLD BOXES FOR ANY MAIL STILL INSIDE.

Effective January 1, 2020, the monthly HOA dues will be increased from $165 to $170 per month. The change in the monthly fee is due to an increase in projected expenses and various property improvement plans set forth for next year. Payments should be received by the 10th of each month in order to avoid a late fee. All payments received after the 10th of each month will be assessed a fine as per the rules & regulations of the association.
